Is it necessary to schedule a tour to see the facility?

How many people may we have in the Barn?
All pricing is based on 100 guests. Additional guest price available upon request.
In the winter months (March-November), the barn can accommodate 100 guests.
In the summer months (April-October), 160 guests can be accommodated for meals and a maximum of 200 guests for the ceremony.
What is The Vineyards at Mt. Naomi Farms alcohol policy?
We allow alcohol with the following rules:
- It must be open bar. Alcohol sales are not permitted.
- No under age drinking.
- Must have a licensed & insured Bartender. Bartender is not allowed to drink.
- The Vineyards has the right to shut down any event that is not following the rules or has gotten unruly.
Can we cook in the kitchen?
The Vineyards kitchen is a catering kitchen only. If you decide to bring your own food, it must already be prepared. We have a refrigerator you may use to keep your food cool.

How do I secure the date I prefer?
The Vineyards at Mt. Naomi Farms requires half down for a deposit and a signed contract to secure a date for your event. Your deposit is non-refundable.
May I cancel my reservation?
Unfortunately, the deposit is non-refundable.
What can I do if the weather is bad on the day of my event?
The Vineyards at Mt. Naomi Farms can not control the weather (I wish we could). We will do what we can.
May I reschedule or change my date?
Subject to availability, you may change your date as long as it within a year of your original date. Some of your deposit can be transferred to the date.
When is the final payment due?
Our Events Manager will meet with you before your event to discuss you plans. The final payment will be due then.
